I'm a fan of the Burger King fish sandwich.

Lent is fast approaching. What is your fave FF place to get a Fish Sandwich?
Eating a McFish for a few Fridays won’t get you to heaven. Just sayin.

Culvers has a good one. So does Arby's.

Had the Arby's one.
Not much flavor.
Culver's walleye definitely much better.

The Bojangler is really good. You can get it on a biscuit if you ask.

That said, I love the Popeyes one and have no problem with the Mcdonalds fish sandwich. I generally get the Subway tuna if I am having to grab something though.

Same here. Neither Baptist nor Catholic, but enjoy participating in some of the Lenten rituals that my faith does not observe. That said, our go-to during Lent are the Fish Fry Fridays hosted by local schools and churches. The plates are legit, and we get a warm glow from the feeling of having contributed to the community.

Covington was good when I stopped there once.

Why do people not eat fish on Friday? Southern Baptist here and it’s always made me laugh. Do what you want all week, I know a lot of Catholics who don’t even attend church or even practice their religion or ack or acknowledge God exists, but they won’t eat meat on Fridays.

Why does it bother you?

You don’t have to be “bothered” to point out hypocrisy
