We were gonna change venues, but there are 16 legitimately good taps here. I tasted two beers and couldn't decide, so double fisting.
5&6BD Allagash Interlude & Duck Rabbit Bourbon Barrel Aged Anarchy
The Interlude is a saison, I was told, but it's super tart. It finishes very bready, though, and I really like it. The Duck Rabbit is just a fricking good BBA beer, here's the description:

The brewers painstakingly blended these beers to produce a one-of-a-kind unrepeatable masterpiece.

I agree with you B. Assuming freshness is equal, it might be the best year round IPA we get here.

Apothecary is badass! You'll have a blast! Enjoy saltine! My favorites are the Craig's oyster stew and pb&j (pork belly served on boiled peanuts). Good beer selection. They always have something running through the randall that's solid

Yeah it was probably me. My wife always gets the redfish. It's good but a little smaller than cochon's. Caet is a wine bar next door that's also worth checking out. I've only had the charcuterie and cheese plate there but they serve some good wines (obviously). It's a Derek Emerson restaurant (walker's and local 463). If you can somehow encompass all 3 you're going to be doing well. You can easily walk to all of them.

Sometimes its so much fun searching for that sexy, hard-to-find beer that you overlook the one that's right in front of you all the time. I believe for me, the equivalent is Fresh Squeezed, which is especially good on tap at the brewpub.

Probable LBD is a Saint Arnold Bishop's Barrel 4. Weizenbock with cocoa nibs and barrel aged. Really digging this one.
