If only! I'd kill for this distribution in NOLA. Grabbed that Decadence you were drinking earlier, curious about it.

Why, you want a box of good beer?

Nbd is a first. Uncle gave me a random assortment of bayou teche. Acadie is an interesting biere de garde. It's okay. Big malt notes. Nice sweetness. Well done for the style. Not many locals cooking up a biere de garde

I didn't know, so upon googling, Abita had a biere de garde (18th star) and an Abiat Bourbon Street Biere de Mars which is most recent (last September). I've had neither so I'm not help

Yeah that's the one I was thinking of. Tried it at saltine a few months ago and really liked it. It was sweet and bourbony in a dessert kind of way. Haven't seen it since

Eta: I'm talking about the biere de mars

I'll be here Friday or Saturday night

My galfriend I'm going visit doesn't really go out much with people older than 20, so she asked if I had any preferences. I don't know Jackson at all.

How is the cocktail bar at Brent's Drugs?

4BD Dark Horse Crooked Tree IPA

I really like this for what it is. Super bakanced, which is really nice. It's a milder IPA, but I could crush the shite out of it.

Venue change happened. Probably another venue change to happen after this, but the Oak Aged Yeti they have on draft is tempting me to stay...I love a good barrel aged stout with the flavor of PBR

Lineup was the same as rutiger, but very small pours. Sorry I couldn't be a better host, but duty called.

NBD is a SweetWater Hop Hash. It's pretty good, but not great. I liked the Johnny Hash better. This one needs more aroma and I find it a little boozy.
