I’m in sales. In my car everyday at lunchtime 90% of the time. I’m ok with bringing my lunch in a small ice chest. Suggestions other than a sandwich and chips? Don’t tell me nuts and grains and shite like that.

skip breakfast. eat some type of salad with a protein and light dressing or oil and vinegar every single day. no snacks besides beef jerkey. sunflower seeds and drink tons of bottled water to fight cravings. if that doesnt work try adderall.

Aren’t most companies doing Work from home? Do Zoom meetings and you can eat healthier since you will be at home.

It’s low carb/fasting. It does work- I’ve done it very successfully before, but it takes some getting used to. My mornings are coffee with half/half and stevia, nothing else until 10am, almonds or pork rinds until lunch around 11:30. Salad or meat/veggies at lunch, repeat for dinner at 6:30, then nothing else until the next day. It definitley works if you can stick to it

So where does the Adderall fall into your diet plan?

Taking speed is a terrible, terrible suggestion.

The dude asked how to lose weight not how to do it the healthiest way possible. He also specifically said not to suggest generally accepted healthy foods. Speed works and he will probably be more productive selling as a fringe benefit. What possibly could there be to lose?

Do not skip breakfast, instead replace it with a nutritional shake. I'm diabetic so I drink Glucerna hunger smarts, I tried Premier Protein shakes and their chocolate tastes watered down unlike Glucerna; also comes in vanilla, strawberry, or peaches & creme.

Salads, cold soups, raps. Fruits and vegetables. You still need to figure out a way to get out of the car and move around to burn more than you consumed.

May I suggest listening to any artists signed to No Limit Records in the 90s-00s.

How is it terrible advice? He wants to lose weight which means he needs a calorie deficit. Skip breakfast to save ~400-500 calories and then eat a salad. If hunger pains, eat something with high protein/fat which is more satiating than donuts and potato chips.

Then the guy can eat a normal dinner and still lose weight.

I thought about this all morning and could not think of one single negative to using prescription speed for weight loss.
