If I had the choice I’d do it every night.

At least once a week at our house. And it is the traditional biscuits, bacon or sausage, sometimes both, eggs, occasionally I'll fix grits for myself, and sometimes hashbrowns. But the staples are the biscuits meat and eggs.

One of the best things about being off for 10 days around Christmas and New Year's was fixing a small pot of real grits for myself every morning. Takes a good 25-30 minutes, but I would start boiling the water first, then go make coffee. Finish my first cup right about the time they were ready.

In College? All the time. Now? Not so much. I need to up my "brinner" game up especially since I do not generally have a solid breakfast anymore.

Had a discussion with some coworkers earlier about this and they thought this was the strangest thing ever.

General consensus of the females below 30 is that they don’t even cook breakfast in the morning. Much less at night.

We cook it at the very least once a month.

I cook breakfast most weekends... during the week it's usually some fruit and a clif bar or sometimes microwaved breakfast sausage links.

I wish I had time to cook a full breakfast every morning... I guess I could if I wanted to get up 30+ minutes earlier.

Prolly two-three times a month, especially in cold weather. Not much better than a coupla fresh brown Buff Orpington eggs from the coop fried over easy/medium with bacon/ham/sausage, home fries/hash browns or grits and biscuits/toast with butter/sorghum syrup or preserves.

Comfort food x 10...

Not often enough.

I don't trust a single person who doesn't like brinner.

Once or twice a month. Usually just bacon and eggs though, since I try to stick to a low carb diet.

I eat breakfast at night about 3x as often as I eat that type of breakfast in the morning (I very rarely do the latter)

Maybe once a month...usually involves hashbrowns or corned beef hash, a big fat cheese omelet, and/or pecan waffles.

I probably make baked/shirred/coddled eggs more often than that...but they're not really a "just for breakfast" food.

last i checked the police wont be knocking on your door over what you choose to eat or when, eat whatever you want whenever you want.

there really isnt anything that wrong to eat for lunch dinner or breakfast, you want eggs and bacon for supper and steak for breakfast then thats just fine, and anyone who doesnt like it has no imagination and is just plain stupid

Probably average once a week.
Favorite is ham and cheese omelet, grits and buttered toast with grape jelly.
