Did that last week. Scrambled eggs, ham steaks home fries and biscuits.

For all the people saying sausage, hashbrowns, omelette etc..that sounds good. I really can't behind having something sweet like waffles or pancakes for dinner tho

Never. Not a fan.

To clarify...I cook breakfast almost every morning. That's probably why I never had the desire to do it again for supper. Downvote away so you can feel better about yourself...

Once a week, sometimes more, during cold weather months.

Rarely during the summer.

Good old pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs usually.

I eat a bacon and egg sammich in the mornings. I wrap it in a paper towel for a few minutes while I finish getting ready to let the eggs get the bread half arse soggy.

not much better than a coupla fresh brown Buff Orpington eggs from the coop fried over easy/medium

Got some chickens when I retired a few years ago. You're right about the fresh eggs. We have Buffs, Plymouth Barred Rock, and Production Reds. All lay brown eggs.
I'll walk some over to the fence to talk to the neighbors and give them some fresh eggs not days old but sometimes minutes old . I'd catch the at the right time this past cold spell and they were like little hand warmers when just layed.

Fresh eggs are a treat. I buy them any time I can.

Never.

I eat non “breakfast food” at breakfast though every day.

Who the hell eats eggs and toast when you can have steak or pizza?

Probably once a week, on average. We don’t cook breakfast during the week, so it never feels redundant by dinner time. One of my favorites.

I'll probably do it this weekend. Trying to limit my carbs and I've been craving eggs, bacon and sausage.

My typical breakfast is an egg white scramble with onion, jalapeno, green pepper, red pepper, and chicken sausage. I've had it for dinner a couple times, but I prefer to keep it as breakfast.
