Most people can handle a shot of it and not wanna puke, unlike warm vodka or tequila. Like mentioned, it's good for social settings.

Never had it, but I've drank a shite pile of Hot Damn. Mostly in the a.m in a duck blind.

We were at World of Beer in Savannah and someone in our party ordered a Strongbow and the server asked if they wanted a shot of Fireball with it.
Poured it in the Strongbow and it was really good.
Not exactly a cocktail but....

It's not bad. But it seems that all my friends and I shoot. I never will drink it as a drink. But I've taken a couple thousand shots of it. Everyone likes to shoot Fireball.
