Yeah, some of these have been really stupid. Lots of businesses chose not to shut down for the virus - why is that a reason to hate on them?

Stuff like this makes me laugh too. Sure, some restaurant owners have large success. But “any” restaurant? No way.
Arent these the same people that rally for higher server pay? How is a restaurant going to pay higher wages and not pass the cost onto the customer? It’s like they lack all common sense.
