Go to Zasu if you want someplace new. It’s close to you and delicious. Can grab drinks next door too.

I might do Zasu. That was on my list

Maypop is my favorite new restaurant. Just don’t want to go near the quarter this weekend
It won’t be hard to get to. There’s a pay lot 25ft from the front door

The temps are getting just right for an outside meal at N7.
Boucherie is also a good choice.

Did Ruby Slipper open on Metairie Road yet?
Yes, Ruby slipper opened on met road.
Also, Fat boy pizza on Monday was closed. It had a sign on the door but I didn't feel like getting out my telescope to read it. Did it already fail or something?

Brigtsens, Clancy’s, Vincents or AVO are my Goto if friends/family are coming in town and want to do a nice dinner.

Thanks for all the great recommendations!

I liked it. Hopefully yall get spots at the kitchen bar, but they are a bit limited.

I loved it. We sat at the kitchen table and it was fun to watch all of the cooking and interact with the chef. He's a colorful dude. I made a reservation specifically to sit at the kitchen table. The bar upstairs has a few seats at the bar, but otherwise there are bar tables with backless bar stools. There are tables on the balcony which would be fun if the weather is nice. There were a few sidewalk tables, but I don't know if they are still available with the law on the city collecting money for use of the sidewalks by restaurants.

How many seats do they have at the kitchen table?
