I just bought pineapple, orange and chocolate mints. I have zero experience with any of these varieties and was wondering if anyone here has grown and cooked with them. They all have an amazing aroma especially the chocolate which smells just like a thin mint.

Mojitos, or just add it to a salad or marinade

I really like the Hershey mint kisses but you can't get them year round. I eat Dove dark chocolate mint but the wife likes to make fun of me for eating woman's candy. Andy mints are solid to, just don't always see them.

Oh, the plant, no idea.

Slap the mint in your palm (clap) before putting it in drinks like tea etc

we’ve planted a bunch of different varieties in the past and they never get used. Plain old school spearmint though we use all the time

My ex-wife use to make a simple syrup with mint leaves (strained). Was pretty good with bourbon.

I use them raw on my asian fish tacos and on kimchi fried rice.

I add some mint from our garden when I make pesto. Besides that and using it for drinks, I need to find some more uses for it as well

The mint in our garden is like kudzu. I look forward to my annual War on Mint. It involves several bottles of cheap bourbon and rye.

Finely chopped with crushed garlic, melted butter and fresh lemon juice. One of my fav basting sauces for fish or chicken. You’re welcome

I use apple and mojito mint for Chimmichuri, mojitos, and juleps.
