Recommend some good spots to:
1. Have a nice meal
2. Drink some good draft beer
3. A hidden gym or casual spot to grab lunch or happy hour

Falling Rock for beer. They often have Pliny on tap. Great Divide Brewing is in this area (LODO/ River North) near Coors Field too. Wynkoops is there too. It was the first Craft Beer Brew Pub in Colorado I think but their beers are generally average IMO.
Biker Jim's for gourmet hotdog lunch.

Elways in cherry creek, great steak, Stuebens closer to downtown great lobster roll, Cherry Cricket in Cherry Creek great burger, Sushi Den on Pearl St (Wash Park) sushi flown in from Japan daily, GB Fish Chips multiple locations owned by Brit ExPat
As for beer drive out of town to Boulder or Longmont about 30-45 min. Hit up Avery, Oskar Blues or Left Hand Brewing. Closer to town Drydock Brewing in Aurora is good as well as GReat Divide and Wynkoop Brewing Downtown.

You've got to eat breakfast at the Denver Biscuit Company...also called "The Atomic Cowboy" after breakfast.

I really liked Avanti. They have 5 different ethnic food stalls(aspiring restaurants that rent space in the huge bar)
Good beer menu and an incredible view

If you're downtown, you can't go wrong with Euclid Hall.

The Great Divide tasting room is of my favorite in the country. I highly recommend it.

Sam's No.3 is a great breakfast place. Their green chili is killer. I go every time I am in town

Dinner
Euclid Hall
The Kitchen Denver
Lunch
Freshcraft
Lucky Pie Pizza
Breakfast
Sams No 3- Have to get something with the green chili
Beer
Falling Rock- Selection is ridiculous
Terminal Bar- Cool bar in Union Station with great local rotating taps
Breweries
I found that you can hit Crooked Stave, Great Divide Barrel Room, Mockery, and Black Shirt all together if you wanted. They are all within walking distance of each other and fairly close to downtown in the RiNo neighborhood. You would also not be far from Epic, Ratio, and Beryl as well from there.

Ate here, and my food sucked. On top of that the bartender was a real dick head

Osteria Marco. Get the house made burrata. And they make some amazing cocktails.
