Thank you for posting this. Was hoping for a detailed recipe like what you provided in my thread the other day. You are the man!

Who downvotes this?

Are there toddlers on this board or it's just that misery loves company?

I never said it was Cajun - I said it was Creole.

But whatever.

Exactly. It’s in the damn thread title. Ignore idiots like this MD.

Looks delicious, I would destroy.

However, I wouldn’t consider that a creole cajun stew. Perhaps a Mississippian shrimp stew!

I still want it though!

Reading comprehension shouldn’t be a talent. Either way you’re missing it.

Nope.

Mississippians know how to make stew. I'm sure M Dog can whip out a fine , traditional stew. Louisianans, at least those in the southern part of the state, are just plain confused when it comes to stews.

I made this tonight and it was fantastic! I used a half lb of andouille instead of chicken

Only thing I would change is add almost twice as much okra and I garnished with chopped green onion.

Thanks again buddy.

I bookmarked this recipe when you first posted it, and finally gave it a try tonight. It was fantastic! It was so good I forgot to take a picture to post with it.

But I gotta thank you for how tasty the recipe was, and how easy you made it to follow along. I’m pretty new to cooking, so helpful hints like how to spot if onions and tomatoes are cooked really helps. Keep up the great recipes

Edit: only change I made was from chicken tenders to regular chicken pieces
