Does anyone have an update on when they may open? I know Covid probably doesn't have them in any hurry, but they didn't seem like they were in any hurry to begin with...going on over 18 months. I'm also curious when Government Taco might open right by them. Is it some sort of coordinated opening that we might be looking at?

Didn't they sell "season passes" or some shite like that online like over a year ago?

Their Facebook has been mighty quiet about any info regarding an opening date.
I bought into their ‘Founder’s Club’ which was supposed to include some merchandise along with various perks once they open. Have yet to receive any of the merch and zero information about when they may open.
I’m excited for them as I’ll pass the brewery every day on my way home from work.

How many times have they charged you

It was a one time founder’s fee, paid probably 6-7 months ago.

I’ll pick up a couple of crowlers and report back this weekend.

They are open for takeout and they had some tables outside. I went for the Founder’s preview a couple of weeks ago. Really nice people that are passionate about beer. Inside is nicely done though a little sparse, but I’m sure they’ll add some character soon.
I had the following:
Blonde Ale - Light and crisp, very easy drinking but still with a decent flavor. Could crush all day.
Porter - Dark and malty with a good body. A lot of these drift towards stouts but this one doesnt.
Coffee House Porter - Porter with French Truck Coffee brewed in. I enjoyed it but I’m not a coffee guy. Similar to the non- coffee porter.
New England IPA - decent IPA, not too bitter but definitely a kick to it.
Farmhouse Ale - Bier De Garde - I enjoyed this one but I know for some Bier De Garde can be a bit choppy. A little bit of funk to it but a crisp finish. This one was a mistake in the aging process so they won’t have it again
There is also a Wheat that I didn’t try and they are releasing a West Coast IPA this weekend.
When Government Taco opens up in a month or so, it’s going to be a great spot to spend an afternoon.

Picked up a couple of crowlers on Saturday. Both beers were very good. Had the Breaking Glasses and $10,000 Paperweight.
ETA Here's some pics of the two. Breaking Glasses is the first one.

10,000 Paperweight and French Truck Porter were my favorite. Gonna keep grabbing a couple crowlers each week to try and help them make it. Hell of a time to launch a craft brew place. Good luck to them....

Hope it's a sexy location, hot bartender. I like tin roof and first pitch

I stopped by on Sunday of opening weekend and grabbed crowlers of $10,000 Paperweight IPA, Where Have All The Farmer's Gone? farmhouse ale and Princess Peach wheat ale. Also got a pour of the coffee porter to drink in the parking lot. That beer was every bit as good as I remember from their homebrew days.
$10,000 Paperweight I enjoyed very much. It has a big Mosaic hop presence with very tropical notes. It was everything I like about Mosaic and nothing I don't.
I wish I could say the same about the other two crowlers. Both tasted infected to me. Both had overwhelming Band-Aid flavor to them. I've unfortunately had a couple homebrews get infected over the years, and these two immediately brought that to mind. Now, I can't say where in the process this happened. I didn't open the other 2 crowlers until 4-5 days after I bought them. Could be that it happened when they were filled and the beer in the tanks is still good.
I'll try them again to see if it was an isolated incident. I'm ready to be able to go sit down and try their beers while getting to talk to the owners.
