We eat stuff that sits out all night at the camp all the time. Usually bc everyone is too fricked up to remember to throw it in the fridge

They were in a container and smothered with a mushroom sauce

The "danger zone" is between 40-140 degrees for up to 4 hours. No guarantee that you'll get sick, but it's recommended that you get yourself another pig.
One of the most common causes of foodborne illness is improper cooling of cooked foods. Bacteria can be reintroduced to food after it is safely cooked. For this reason leftovers must be put in shallow containers for quick cooling and refrigerated at 40 °F or below within two hours. Then again, that USDA link shows that beef should be cooked to 145 degrees. F that.

I wouldn't eat them. My rule of thumb is not to eat anything that stayed out overnight. Now, if you went into the kitchen at 2 a.m. for a snack and found them, then its OK to put in the fridge.

If you eat them and get sick, Take and post photos. That would be a landmark photo spread.
You would be famous.

Do the only proper test. Smell them. If they don't smell bad then eat them. Plain and simple.

Id eat them but I have a stomach like an atomic bomb bunker.

Did the mushroom sauce have cream or any additions that would spoil?

Don't eat them. Couple of years ago I ate some spaghetti that had been left out all night. Sickest I have ever been.

I'm sure they are fine. But to be sure I would first give one to the wife and wait a little while.

My grandmother makes me plates from dinner leftovers, sits them out on the counter which I eat for lunch the next day. Covered in plastic wrap. Literally all my life.
I hadn't had food poisoning(that I knew of) until I was like 30.

This too. Perhaps we've built tolerances. When I heard that most people put pizza in the fridge instead of just leaving it out I was shocked. Like for real.

Sauce makes a good agar for bacteria. Perfect breeding ground. I would not risk a day of the runs personally...but I'd like you to be our experiment, for research purposes.. Eat it!

If it smells bad, toss it because the meat is going to taste rancid even if you cook it. If it smells okay, I would give it a shot. I'd probably pressure cook them or soak them in vinegar for a few minutes before cooking though.

It smells delicious. I'm going to be the experiment tomorrow for lunch. I'll report back Sunday...if I don't report back, the pork chops killed me

UPDATE: I had 2 of them for lunch. 10 hours later no issues. Looks like I'll live
