Chinese Take Out - Baton Rouge

Looking for recs for the best Chinese take out in BR. Our little town lost all our good places after Ida and my wife works in BR a few days a week so we are trying to find a good spot for her to pick up on the way home. TIA!

China Bear on Bluebonnet is my favorite strip mall type place and my got to for to go. Good food good people. Chengs off Essen (One Calais Ave) is probably my favorite over all though but it a little pricier.

I'm partial to China Bear. They owned Hong Kong in the old delchamps parking lot on millerville until 2016 turned that entire strip mall into a storage unit.
They still recognize us after all these years.

Chengs has fewer Asian customers than ASH so you know where to go for more authentic menu.
I took who white friends to ASH and that’s all they go to now.

China Kitchen on George O'Neal. We've eaten Chinese from places all over South B R; China Kitchen is the best.

Also love China Bear. Their Singapore noodles are the best. I’ve learned to appreciate their crab Rangoon even though I prefer the crunchier versions some other to-go spots serve.

Glad to hear they are still open. I used to eat there all the time, but I don't find myself ever in that part of town anymore.
