It's just not that good. It became a trendy thing over the last 10 years or so. It's a very limited menu with food that is just ok and on par with other fast food. In fact I'd argue that their chicken sandwiches are actually not any better than other places like Wendy's. For that being their bread and butter it just isn't that good.
I will say their nuggets are pretty solid though.
