Deconstructed hamburger in a tomato reduction on brioche

Beef pate topped with southwestern inspired bolognese du fromage. (It’s fusion damnit)

Reminds me of Emails From An a-hole. A guy responds to craigslist ads, one was for a catered Christmas dinner

A personal favorite:

Le Sandwich Rouge
A truly phenominal sandwich consisting of ketchup spread over a carefully microwaved piece of bread, and then topped with another piece of bread. Comes with a side of mayonnaise for dipping.

This is awesome, watching the T of Champions, and the way they describe the food to the judges is just like that. Damn one dish was pork chops and peas, but the wording and phrasing was amazing to hear. Makes me laugh. After you hear it your really interested and then WAIT its a Chili Dog? WTH

Herbsaint did this with what amounted to a pizza about 10 years ago. Someone I was with asked what I thought it was and after thinking about the description a minute or two predicted it would be a pizza. It was.

I have discovered that people who won't try hogshead cheese will devour "fromage du cochon" enthusiastically.
