Brazil Nuts

I bought a sack this weekend for the first time. I probably had close to 20 both Saturday and Sunday. Then I have had a couple people tell me you’re only supposed to eat up to 3 per day. Do y’all follow this 3 per day rule?

I never knew they were called Brazil Nuts til just a few years ago. I only knew the other name. Btw, they always tasted like dirt to me.

Least favorite from the premium nut can. I only eat them if there's nothing else. Hell, would rather have peanuts.

I doubt there will be any significant risk unless you are eating 20 a day for the next two months or so. They are loaded with selenium. But even then, there is no real way to tell how much selenium you are actually getting because it varies widely from nut to nut.
