Always bring the boudin to your mouth...never your mouth to the boudin.

Don't uncase it. Thaw and put on a smoker for maybe 40 minutes at 225.

Grill till crispy.

Smoke at a lower 225 temp then crank heat if you want more smoke flavor.

Un case it and press into a biscuit sized patty, brown each side, make a egg, pepper jack chz and bodin patty biscuit.

Boudin balls as mention above but toss a little bit of pepper jack in the middle.

Omelette

So on. Enjoy

You could take it out the casing, mix it with some spicy breakfast sausage and make boudin balls. Double batter them with egg wash and flour and throw them suckers in a deep fryer for about 5-6 minutes depending on how big they are.

Just don’t judge all boudin by what you have, LeBlanc’s is a mass produced mediocre product, no liver, no green onion, it ain’t bad but certainly not the best Louisiana has to offer

Don’t overthink it. Defrost it and throw it on the grill. I like to smoke mine at about 225 to 250 degrees. Doesn’t hurt to bump that heat up a bit about 5 minutes before you pull it off the grill to crisp that casing up.

I put it in foil, add a little water and steam it on the grill for 20 minutes.

I always grill or bake it because I like the skin firm or crispy.

Boil water in pot. Put strainer on top of pot. Put boudin in strainer. Heat. Enjoy.
