Best way to reheat boudin

Microwave always makes the casing chewy. Air fryer dries it out. What’s the best method to reheat?

I usually scoop out and put on cracker. So i usually do microwave.
I do oven also but it dries casing. Maybe foil over the pan and at 300

if you want it crispy throw it in a toaster oven or an oven on 325 for about 10 minutes
if you have a rice steamer, you could use the tray that comes with it to steam it for a while if you don't want it to be crispy

Oil the outside and into the oven.

I just steam it or grill it. In a pinch just microwave

I used to grill it, but the air fryer is my preferred method these days. It does dry out the casing, which I like, but the inside is fine.

Wrap it good and tight in foil, twist the ends closed and bend them up then air fry for 10 mins at 400.

Put it in a ziplock then put it in a pot of hot water until it’s heated. That will be the best way unless you have a good rice cooker setup.

Just did this yesterday, added a little water to a pan on medium heat and flipped the boudin around in it until the water evaporated.

I wrap the link with a wet paper towel. Put in microwave on pizza setting. Enjoy

I like it cold. No fuss about reheating.

Or better boudin. Comes out great in our crappy air fryer, little crispy in spots and plumps up. You can rub a little oil on the outside of your worried about it exploding.

You need to learn to use your air fryer better. Other than grilling, it's probably the best way to reheat boudin.

I put it in a strainer above a pot of boiling water, like a double boiler. Steams it nicely, just like you'd get a hot link at the store.
