Double D brown sugar and pineapple. Adding the sweet to the spicy is legit.

Yeah 2 lbs of sausage makes 60 lbs of crawfish greasy.
You “anti sausage” folks are annoying.

Alabamainbreds actually think Alabama sausage is better than Louisiana sausage

Meh. It's good but it depends on what you are using for.

I dont get the hate for Manda. Its fatty country sausage and tastes good. It’s no Richards, but its still a good time.

I don't hate it. There just so many better options than Manda's at the store.

Best sausage on the market is Manda After the Boil. Incredible. Grill it and it tastes unreal.
Posted on 3/27/22 at 2:22 pm to OneAyedJack
Sausage should never be used in crawfish , shrimp to crab boil. Makes a greasy mess.

None. It screws the boil up with a nasty after taste.

Protip: When you take the crawfish out put everything else in. Then you don't waste space and the potatoes don't suck up all the flavor.

Its just that most people overcook the stuff. It's already smoked. It literally does not have to boil. Just put the stuff in when you put the crawfish in or cut the fire.
I don't care for it because the casing get rubbery and not crisp like grilled sausage.
But if someone wants it, I'll throw it in. For my own boils I just use hotdogs.
