Bayou Hot Boy fried chicken sandwich from Bayou Hot Wings is a pretty awesome sandwich.

So is the Chipotle BBQ with blue cheese.

Can’t get down with the political propaganda this place throws.

The sandwiches are overpriced garbage.

Who cares about the political shite.

Speaking of, I just had the pork chop special sandwich at Southerns and it was fantastic. I had one by a different vendor at Jazzfest and it was also great. More people should do porkchop sandwiches.

Went to Francolinis today for the second time and it was top notch.
Anything from Stein’s and Butcher is great. I love Guy’s for a seafood poboy or a surf-n-turf from Parkway.

The burger is extremely reasonable. $14 for a fried bologna sandwich is overpriced though. Don't get me wrong, its a good sandwich. I like Turkey and the Wolf. I do think it got way overhyped way too quickly though.

Even with food costs rising, it’s not over priced. They could probably charge more, actually.

It’s homemade and delicious & a bit of a novelty cause there is nothing else in the city like it.

You do understand that it is possible for one thing to be worth the price it is and another to not, right? The existence of another sandwich in the same area does not mean either is or isn’t overpriced.

It’s a good sandwich that isn’t worth $14. What more context do you need?
