I add tartar sauce on my bread before doing this, but I can eat them just like this as well.
2nd choice for me would be dressed potato poboy with lots of gravy.

Verdi Mart in the French Quarter has a sandwich called, “All that Jazz”. It’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had to this day.
