I'd say 200 clicks or so due east to laffy, 20 clicks due south to Abbeville. On State Street, 1 click due south of Court House. Got it?

The best tasting root beer I ever had was from a woman they called "The Root Beer Lady" who lived as a hermit in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area near Ely, Minnesota.

They got other hard to find shite in there too, like Pearl and Falstaff Beer. Their customer base' average age is about 75, so they keep all the old stuff those folks like.

I don't care for Abita. If you drink another root beer and then drink Abita immediately after, it tastes like medicine or wintergreen or something.

I really like the Frostop rootbeer in downtown BR. It tastes like it has melted vanilla ice cream in it, and the frozen mug doesn't hurt.

Other favorites include IBC, Barq's, and Barrelhead.

Oh... and Frostop IS sold by the bottle, although I'm not sure where... maybe beveragesdirect?

I have a similar background. Looks like I'll need to try Vergil's.

it is really good. it was kinda jarring at first because i was used to the usual cherry coke but it really is delicious. my dad is like a soda connoisseur and always has different things in the fridge when i go in to visit.

gonna get some virgil's asap
