I'm no fan of the Sonic Hot Dogs at all. The best hot dog I've ever eaten was from a VFW Hall during Bingo night, believe it or not.
Give me your choices of good or great hot dogs and where I can get 'em.
Thanks!

I mean, it’s a hot dog What makes a good hotdog to you? Me personally, it’s hard to beat a boiled dog with wolf chili and shredded cheddar

The wiener has to be all-beef, preferably Nathan's. And the chili has to be the dominant flavor. Hard to describe, but I'll know it when I taste it. And of course mustard and chopped onions all on a toasted King's Hawaiian bun!
That, my friend, is hot dog heaven.

As far as I'm concerned, this is 100% correct. Many will say Frankie's Dawg House, but I've never been overly impressed with their stuff, but I'm also not into fancy gourmet dogs. I'm a chili cheese dog guy and there's nowhere in BR that I've found that does a really good chili cheese dog.

And sauerkraut! Gotta have kraut on mine.

Been to Dat Dog a few times and they are ok but damn stingy with their crawfish etouffee topping. One time there were zero crawfish in it.
