There is a large Hispanic population in Kenner and there are a thousand Hispanic restaurants on Williams Blvd. Has anyone been to any of the authentic ones and enjoyed it?

There is also a growing Arab population in Kenner and I’m sure we could start another thread about middle eastern cuisine later

"Hispanic" is a bit broad....can we talk about the best Salvadoran, Cuban, Nicaraguan, regional Mexican, etc?
--NolaNica on Airline out past the airport for Nicaraguan
--Taqueria Chilangos on Roosevelt (Mexico City Mx food)
--Fiesta Latina, has some salvadoran stuff like pupusas, plus some Mex & tex-mex stuff

Falafel King on Williams FTW on ME food in that area. The owners are super nice...have some turkish coffee and baklava and watch soccer on TV in Arabic.

Give Garces a try. It is at 4221 Williams Blvd. and is one of the wife and I's favorite places when out that way.

As far as Central American food in kenner, Pollos A La Brasa Fiesta is great. La cocina de Karla is good too.

Sure seems like it is. I tried both numbers I had for it and both are disconnected.

I haven't been lately but when I worked out that way a few years ago this place was always good.
