I have found fresh market to be the best. Over stones is good but overpriced. Most of the grocers do not grind cuts but instead regrind preground meat. Ask before you buy.

LOL! But seriously it isn't hard or expensive to grind your own. I like it much better and it is super easy and quick.

I 2nd this. I bought a grinder off Amazon for $45 last year and I've ground up plenty of deer and hogs with it so far and it hasn't missed a beat.
You can catch chuck roast on sale and grind it easily.
