Andouille Festival in LaPlace is smaller but the food is right. Hogs for the Cause is fantastic, looks like it sold out for 2022.

It’s hard to claim it’s the best in the state or the southeast unless you’ve been to them all.

Texas ?? no.

Jazz Fest by far has the most varied and best food of any festival in the country. Others, like Hogs, are great at a certain type of food, but can't touch Jazz Fest for overall food offerings.

Going to Fete Rouge today. Never been. I don’t expect it to be better than BB&B or Hogs, but I’ve heard it’s a good time.

I cooked in the Troubadour BBQ and Music Festival last weekend in Celina, TX and it was incredible. This will be an annual event and I highly recommend it.

I just watched a recent video on this. Looks awesome. Definitely will put this on the list of ones to try.

Here is the video I watched from Bowers BBQ: LINK

My buddy made that smoked turkey and dressing and it came out great.

Another great one to be on the lookout for if you love Texas BBQ is Brettfest (Brett’s Backyard BBQ) in Rockdale. It’s a more intimate event with 40+ BBQ joints (half of them were on the top 50 list this year), and they only sold 350 tickets.
