Andrew Food Mart on Government also does a real good basic fried wing.

Not quite Blue Store good, but in the ballpark.

Wet wings at Central BBQ in Memphis. I thought Blue Oak was the GOAT, but they managed to beat Blue Oak.

The one in northport by the Methodist church? I ate there five days a week for a year and a half in 93-94. I miss those wings.

Hmm..I recall that being a Buffalo Phil's, but I rarely was in that part of town during that timeframe so you're probably right. I always liked Phil's wings better than Baumhower's.

It was Baumhowers. I worked there for a while. Spilled an entire tray of drinks on his wife and small children (her fault).

I love their wings. Still do. Not a fan of Phil’s.

To answer the OP:

My favorite buffalo are at Baumhowers. I love their extra hot sauce and was friends with the guy who used to bottle it. Awesome dude.

My favorite Asian wings I’ve had were at PokPok in Portland.

Okay with smoked wings but not my favorite. The ones from Saws are good. Moes also. But maybe Slice as my favorite. Only had them once and was starving.

I’m a wing guy for sure. Have considered a trip to buffalo to see a game and eat. Anyone done that?

Stopped at Tiger Deaux-nuts & BBQ for their wings for lunch, pretty damn good. I'm not going to put them over Tommy's or The Blue Store, but I think they're top 5 for me.

I was coming in here to post Saw’s Soul Kitchen

So damn good. Between the smoke and the white sauce, and I’m not normally a white sauce guy, they’re incredible. Sad part is they’re the second best chicken item on the menu. I think the Sweet Tea Fried Chicken Sandwich is better

Had some at a place in Natchez miss called the camp tha were excellent.

Smoked wings...
Forgot the sauces we got but they were damn good. Had a wasabi ranch that went along that really set them off too.

Place in Kansas City called The Peanut. Full bird of a wing and leg. Cooked in 3 different oils and temps. Nice and tender inside and nice crisp on outside. Hard to finish even 6 of them they are so big.
