I know Google is my friend, but which place do y’all recommend getting a deep dish shipped from?

I’ve gotten Lou Malnati’s deep dish before. Good suggestion from a local Chicago guy, wipe the moisture out the pans before baking for a crispy crust.

Malnati’s, Giordano, and Pequod’s all taste the same

If you disagree on those 3, I’d love to hear the discernible difference

And the OP would like your opinion on the best one

I find it hard to believe this. No two pizzas ever taste the same.

Malnati’s, Giordano

I can see an argument that these taste the same, even though they don’t.

Pequod’s

However, this one is clearly different.

Deep dish is not my bag, but my lady got the individual deep dish at Lou Malnati and it was very good. I may have to see if they ship the little guys.

Malnati's and Giordanos are very similar.

Pequods does crust totally different and the way they add sausage is totally different.

I have only had Malnati's frozen pizza and it is definitely serviceable.

I think they are all serviceable

Still haven’t seen anyone defiantly say which one is the best. Kinda lends credence to they’re all kinda the same thing. Think we are all in agreeance here?

They do taste different. They’re made different. I dislike Lou’s. I hate the crust. They use some weird butter crust that’s overly filling. Give me Giordinos or pequods any day

We've tried several. Don't really recall which was better with one exception-

If you aren't feeding at least 4 people, the smaller sizes are better. Leftovers from the large sized pies are a hassle. They're still tasty but not as good as the first serving. The cheese oozes out and after the second cooking the crust gets greasy.

In person I definitely prefer Pequods but I have a hard time seeing how their cheesy/burnt crust which makes it great would travel/freeze well
