I'm taking my sister out for her birthday and she loves them. Any suggestions?

I haven't had them all, but I'd eat Mansur's all day.

Mansur's
Parrain's

There are other good options, but I don't think you can go wrong with one of those two. Mansur's definitely is the better option, though.

Parrain's. Their chargrilled oysters go great with their turtle soup

Mike Andersons in Gonzales makes some good ones as well as Don's.

I had Phil's the other night, they were watery. I think they cooked them too long at too low a temp. Mansurs' and French Market Bistro are the same excellent recipe, the best in BR by far, IMHO.

Had Acmes for lunch yesterday and they were on point. If she wants more of a meal after and not just a po-boy then Acme isn't a place to go. But I'd strongly recommend it for just chargrilled oysters, salad, and po-boy type dinner.
