Best Burger Recipe?

How do you prep your burgers at home? Growing up, Dad always did Tonys, Kitchen Bouquet, Onions. That's how I've always done mine.

I just salt and pepper right before I put on grill or griddle. So simple but so good.

Like to grind my own beef too. Makes them even better.

salt, pepper, garlic powder. I used to mix it all up and whatnot with worcestershire sauce and stuff, but I stopped doing that.

Either just salt and pepper or I'll mix some gorgonzola cheese and chives in.
