Martins had them dry. Never been to the location in Nashville, but the one in Nolensville was pretty damn good. Jacks downtown was ok but nothing like Martins.

Hog Heaven BBQ, across the street from Centennial Park behind McDonalds. Some of the best ribs I’ve had but don’t recall if they are dry rub. We had spare ribs, don’t know if they have baby back. They are definitely not fancy, you basically eat outside.

We ate at Martins (at Nolensville) and that was good, would assume the one in N’ville is also. There is a Dinners, Drive In’s & Dives episode about Martins if you want to see a show about it.

Also ate at Jack’s and it is ok but not the best.
