1/2 Wickers
1/2 Kraft Original - or whatever bottled you have around. I'm not a fan of thick sweet sauces on pork.

Agree Ched....
Nice and thin and not overly sweet. I also like
I thin it with a little apple juice.

Vinegar based ones. I actually like making my own. Very easy.

I second that Dreamland sauce. Much as it pains me to admit anything from Alabama is great but that's a nice thin finishing sauce right there. You can pour that Dreamland in a squirt type bottle and will drizzle right out real easy on your pulled pork. It's not overly sweet either. It's like a cross between Memphis style and a Carolina based sauce. It's unique in and of itself.
That Big Bob Gipson Northern Alabama White Sauce is amazing on chicken. I make my own and its the bees knees. I'm not a maynaise person but for whatever reason it damn sure works on smoked chicken.

They had a place over here in Mobile. Shut the thing down and did not give their employees any notice to go find or start looking for new jobs. Their BBQ is not that good either. I know the owner can put out good BBQ because he's won Memphis In May I believe along with other competitions but what I've tried out of their restaurant has been very underwhelming.

is it a requirement now to put an old black man on the label off all bbq sauce?

I'm starting to think the same thing. Black folks seem to have a talent for coming up with a good sauce no matter what part of the country you are in.

Does seem to be the norm. That's why Uncle's is the right choice.

That place made shitty BBQ. I don't know about the other locations. Also the owner is a giant fricking tool bag.
