Maytag blue
Dukes mayo
Full fat buttermilk
Worcestershire
Lemon juice
Dash or two of hot sauce
Salt and lots of coarse cracked black pepper
Fines herbs

Gotta let it sit over night before you eat it

Kens Chunky Blue Cheese is good for a cheaper option.

Pat Gallagher's recipe for his restaurants is the best bleu cheese dressing there is, used to buy some to go. It got so bad I was just eating a big scoop on french bread. Had to reign it in. Cousin's is a nice but different take on blue cheese dressing for store bought.

Get the Williams-Sonoma blue cheese dip recipe that is online. It is easy to make and tastes great. I love Ruffles and blue cheese dip. It is also great with an order of Bayou Hot Wings.

Lighthouse is by far the best store bought. In the refrigeration/vegetable section, not with the rest of the dressings

I used to like Naturally Fresh but I can't ever find it anymore.

I recently got a bottle of Cindy's Kitchen from Whole Foods and it's awesome. It's like 6-7 dollars, but worth it IMO.

This. Love this stuff and well worth the price. I do like a lot of bleu cheese though, so I tend to buy and extra hunk of cheese and crumble more into my dressing/dip.

My favorite store bought is Marzetti which is located in the refrigerated produce section. I use it for blue cheese wedge and smoked wings.

I sometimes add the Trader Joe’s blue cheese crumbles if I would like it thicker.
