I'm a huge fan of how Five Guys makes their burgers. Can't beat that with bbq sauce and grilled onions.

We’ve been doing a lot of smash burgers lately. Sam the Cooking Guy on YouTube has a great burger that I love to recreate.

Speaking of smashburgers reminded me of this video I watched recently. He does smashburger's 10 different ways based on some burger places that are known for it.

Double smash burgers with an iceberg wrap.

One of the best toppings I've made for a burger. Torched and diced some jalapenos, mixed with fresh corn, cilantro, salt, pepper, chili powder and lime juice. Queso (store bought) for the cheese.

Corn salsa mixture was basically a black bean salsa without the black bean and raw onion.
