Are there any market cafe's in the Destin area

I love blue plates. I can't get them where I live but I'm coming down to Destin next week and looking at restaurants. New ones pop up every so often. Anyway, looking for a meat and 2 or 3.

Great question. Nothing give me a hankering for a gut bustin load of meatloaf and mashed potatoes like a trip to the beach.

Hit up Craft Bar for their plate lunch specials.
If you're in Ft Walton, Mary's Kitchen does a good m-a-3.

These are good suggestions.
No way I'd drive to Ft Walton from Destin for Mary's though.
I'm trying to think of somewhere in Destin that would have that, but as said no one goes to the beach to look for this really so its not easy.
Unfortunate that Veggies to Go closed in Auburn, btw.

Great Southern has a Meat and Three lunch special for a very reasonable 27 bucks.

I came to post this. We stay on holiday Isle and usually have lunch here several times a week when there. Different lunch special daily. Many locals on lunch break, cops, plumbers, power line people,, cable guys, etc. It's not a traditional meat and 3 but it's about as close to that vibe as you'll get in Destin, that I know of.
and the attached Mexican restaurant is also great.
