I haven’t tried one at BK.
I had a bite of one at Bar Louie. I was shocked at how tasty it was. I would never say that about any other red meat alternatives like soy or black bean burgers.

Ive had it - it tastes like what a public school cafeteria burger tasted like in the 90s. I didn't mind it. I'm not giving up my Wendy's Classic with cheese anytime soon, but it wasn't bad.

Not all of us vegans are like that. I honestly ask the same question, though. I’ll never understand it.
Some vegans are straight up Oreo/Dorito eating fatasses though.

My gf is vegan. She eats the shite out of this thing, so it must suck, because I've tried the stuff she eats and it's all terrible.

Deadeye Dick.
Saw them at Zephyrfest ‘94 in City Park NOLA along with The Lemonheads, BTE and Violent Femmes.

Speaking of impossible, wouldnt it be impossible to be vegan if eating Oreos & Doritos? Oreos have chocolate (dairy product) and Doritos have cheese flavoring but also contain actual milk i think.
That’s why veganism has always seemed so challenging to me.. i was a vegetarian for a couple of years when i was younger, but that was the easiest thing in the world since it’s very easy to avoid meat, but extremely difficult to avoid dairy under it’s various names (milk, whey, cassien, etc)

Because most vegans/vegetarians grew up eating meat and so eating meat is ingrained in the brain. Its a "comfort" food like thing which meat eaters know about too.

Hold on...I can take only one impossibility at a time. I'm still in line for my chicken sammich....only 3 cars ahead of me.....

That says more about the quality of Burger King’s meat products than it does about their new soy burger.
It has been years since I had been to a BK. I went to one earlier this year and felt sick afterwards. I don’t think they’ve improved since Tim Horton’s took them over - which makes sense given that TH is a donut restaurant that can’t make a decent donut or an acceptable cup of coffee.

If I’m not mistaken I believe Oreos are vegan. I don’t know for sure as I don’t eat them. I found this online
The back of a package of Oreos lists the following as ingredients: sugar, unbleached enriched flour, high oleic canola and/or palm and/or canola oil, cocoa, high fructose corn syrup, leavening, cornstarch, salt, soy lecithin, vanillin, and chocolate.
It’s hard and confusing to follow. A lot of vegans are just condescending jackasses who talk out of both ends.

Zephryfest ‘94! Also had Offspring, Poi Dog Pondering and Lucy’s Fur Coat. The Femmes were fantastic!
