explain how the average person can ingest 1g/lb of body weight of protein on a vegetarian diet?

It is pretty easy on a vegetarian diet where you can eat eggs and dairy products. It is actually not that hard on a vegan diet either. You can eat foods like tempeh and seitan which are very high in protein and also supplement with vegan protein powders.

If eating vegan is so good, why they always trying to make their food taste like meat?

Because vegans don't dislike the flavor of meat. THey don't eat meat for ethical reasons.

I tried one.

There's no way I would be able to tell the difference in a blind taste test.

Liar.

If you can't taste the difference, your taste buds suck at their job.

The taste was pretty close to flavorless. I would call it an odd taste. Definitely not a beef flavor. Honestly, it taste like someone soaked the beef in water for three days and wrung it out, then repeated the process, then cooked it.

I peeled off the edge of the patty several times and tried to smell it. The only thing I could detect was a unpleasant smokey gas grill smell.

The texture was ok. But the difference is detectable.

It's appearance was pretty good. Looks better than the actual beef patty.

Why on earth would any sane person waste money buying something that claims to taste like meat from Burger King. If I’m going to Burger King I’m getting that double whopper

What market does the impossible whopper serve?

I'm not going to Burger King for healthier food.

I'm guessing vegans and the cow farts are destroying the Earth crowd.
