One college student I know loves it. One adult I know says it's mediocre to poor. Probably not very helpful?

I think it's better than the Jambalaya Shoppe, if that helps ? I don't really know how to review, both have similar menus but the Jambalaya/Pastalaya has more flavor at P&P. Even the sides are a little better at P&P.

It is adequate. I am not a huge jambalaya guy though.

It may not be difficult to make jambalaya at home, but it sure ain’t quick and doesn’t really make sense if you only need a single serving

My thinking wanting quick gumbo or jambalaya, especially during a cool spell for a little comfort food...

It's a solid, made for the masses jambalaya. They don't skimp on the meat which is usually my complaint about those types of places.

You won’t confuse it with best backyard jambalaya or gumbo around, but it’s definitely very good. And fast, because it’s already cooked. And inexpensive. Better than Jam Shoppe to me for sure. I have one real close to my house...I can get a $10-$12 meal to go, eat with both my (not that little) kids, and have leftovers. Green beans are my favorite side. I’ll sometimes grab a pint if I’m squeezed for time on a green to prepare on the side of something.

We used the one in Denham to cater for a wedding shower about three months ago.

It’s not something you’d be parading around as the best jambalaya in the world, but it’s damned good (especially for the price, and options for protein). Came with beans, salad and rolls as well.

I’d highly recommend them (especially over Jambalaya Shoppe) for a single serve or a budgeted jambalaya catering.

Does a very good job for something that’s not easy to make in small batches. All around good tasting stuff. The location in Gonzales is super quick and always consistent.

Very similar to the Jambalaya Shop except I find that they put more meat in their servings.
