Shot in the dark. I’ve gotten some from the farmers market before but I missed that boat today. Wondering if there’s any place else.

If you don't need it tomorrow, just go to any butcher and they should be able to get what you need with their next delivery if they don't have any in their cooler.

Most places have it my issue has been getting some with enough meat to cook as pork bellies, most I find is suitable for bacon only.

I've ordered it through Rouses.

Costco sells it
Only thing about Costco, they cut it in two inch strips. If you are looking for a whole slab, they don’t have it (unless you maybe could ask the butcher)

Costco sells the whole slab (as well as strips) but they are skinless. This is fine for bacon but limits what you can do with the belly.
Whole foods has them but their prices are fricken sky high same with fresh market. Rouses carries them and have reasonable prices ( I hate Rouses). I order them .. by the case.. from an independent market , pay about $2.69/lb.

They also have them whole. Usually in the butcher case right next to the ones cut up in strips. I've bought many from their store in N.O. to make my own bacon.
They do run out of the whole ones from time to time as they seem popular.

Most of the Asian markets have it frozen. At least I hope it is pork.

LaMorenita on Florida Street and Wooddale and Ideal Market at Sherwood and Old Hammond have it and will cut whatever size you like. $3.99lb at Ideal. Skin and all which is what you want I’m assuming. That is where I bought this one for the porchetta.
