Not going all the way to 30A, and would prefer to stay out of Destin proper with all the traffic. Anything pop up in the last year that's worth a shot?

I am currently at Miramar right now and don't see anything different, but I also would like to try something new.

We usually go a couple times per year, will visit Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, Cantina Laredo, and Stinky's @ Dune Allan Beach on 30A

Nothing brand new of note in that area.

If you haven't hit up Evie Mae's BBQ, do that.

Back Porch has the best shrimp po boy.

Really anything they serve is top notch and go pound for pound vs any other restaurant.

I know it’s not the kind of restaurant you’re looking for but Waldo’s Chicken and Beer hits the spot after a long day on the beach.

We stayed at a condo across from goatfeathers in blue mountain this week and so I walked over several times and grabbed steamed shrimp from the market and fresh grouper that was great.

If you do eat there get the lunch special fish and chips and split it. Freaking delicious and you'll both be full.

Don't know if it's new or not, but we had Parlor Donuts this morning.
Really good, turtle, french toast, maple bacon, bourbon caramel, croissant style donuts. If you are in the area, i suggest go.

Louisiana langaippe is my favorite. The po boy at back porch is the best imo but I agree the entrees are average but not bad either! I just like it coz it's on the beach.

Ocean Club has a early bird special if you're willing to leave at 5pm. No wait.
