I'm still wondering what place in North LA seasons their crawfish on the OUTSIDE. I've never been there, but I have had crawfish seasoned on the OUTSIDE in Baton Rouge.

I grew up in Monroe and now live on the Northshore of Lake Ponchatrain. For some reason, this thread got me to craving Grandy's this morning.

The first place I had crawfish seasoned on the outside was at The Jungle in Ville Platte, years and years ago. That's how they're able to offer varying degrees of seasoning/heat. Is that place still open?

actually, I did imbibe Sat. night... i don't know if this took place that night or not...

My serious imbibing doesn't take place as frequently or ferevently as it once did..
