My league is voting that if you’re gonna play him this week it has to be in the flex position. Not the right end.

You mean everyone is acting like children because they didn't get Hill off waivers first

I do think he should have been listed as a RB over TE. He’s a lot closer to a wildcat QB who just rushes than he is a TE in any respect.

I know he lines up outside of the backfield, but so do several RBs. Not sure why providers felt TE was the most appropriate.

Yes it’s so childish to make him flex a guy who literally hasn’t played a snap at tight end all season, but for some reason is listed there.

No one is making him sit him. It’s just not gonna be at tight end because espn is stupid.

Crickets in my league. Most of us are in our mid to late 30’s with a lot on our plates though.

As we've noted throughout the week, Taysom Hill will retain TE eligibility against Atlanta and we will re-evaluate for future weeks once Week 11 concludes.
they could at least not count his passing stats unless you have him at QB

I grabbed him up mainly just to keep him away from everyone else and supposedly my opponent through a fit about it.

Taysom is better play than almost all TEs. If you have one of the couple that are a better play, then you likely don’t have him

So I grabbed Hill on the off chance something like this happened but Waller is my TE. I’ve never considered putting a tight end at flex but I might in this situation. Is Waller worth a flex spot in a half ppr league? Next best options are kind of weak this week. I would have been playing JD Mckissic or Antonio Brown this week at flex.

Jameis Winston will not be part of any offensive packages Sunday vs. the Falcons, per @diannaESPN. The Saints’ QB now is Taysom Hill.

Easy to spot the butthurts in here that didn't get to the waivers in time and the even more butthurts whose opponents did.

I get what you’re saying, but there’s an issue with this line of thinking.

Players like McKissic and Edmonds are RBs who have more receptions than rushes. Still RBs.

The big one.....Alvin Kamara. He’s more involved in the passing game than the rushing. No one would ever argue him being in a RB slot though.

Same with Hill. He’s a cheat code this week. Next week it won’t be an option because ESPN will likely change his designation. This is fantasy football in a nutshell. You’re looking to get a leg up where you can find it. Users who got hill found a loophole.

ETA: McKissic and Edmonds may not actually have more receptions than rushes. I didn’t look at the numbers.

My commish scheduled a vote after people complained. But he also said that he wasn’t going to vote to cancel the move because in his view, and for this week only, the owner should get to take advantage of the fact that he was playing fantasy football on a Friday night while the rest of us were spending time with our friends and families.

This wasnt a one day friday night shocker. Sure as a full time starter yes but plenty of players saw an opportunity to add someone at a position that has been a wasteland all year. Even if he wasnt named the starter he would have been a great te start just because he was going to get more run at QB even if Jameis started.

Exactly. If no one added him when waivers first ran they weren’t paying attention.
