I'm going to start with Blantons single barrel.

Depending on how the night goes, I will either pop some champagne, or drink myself into a stupor with the cheapest bottle of Pueblo Viejo I could find (that stuff is awful).

I was thinking a Manhattan in a coupe glass but it has been so hot in SC and that is more of a winter drink so Gin Rickey w/ fresh squeezed lime, which is my summer go to.
