I've gotten numerous panicky emails and text messages from the Cruz campaign. They said they were in trouble. But I just looked some polling that shows Cruz +7. Cruz is an effective senator. But people just don't like him for some reason. Kind of a hold your nose and vote thing.

WaPo sold them off in 2018. They are owned by a couple of Christian conservatives now.

Being sold to people who know how to make money doesn't change the editorial staff, the content, or the heavy partisan lean of the news room, the coverage, and the editorial direction.

Newsweek remains a part of the deranged Left mass media, populated and controlled by inmates who run the asylumn.

Do you expect him to send you something saying it is in the bag?

Everything is his ads is a complete & utter lie. He can barely complete a coherent sentence & is very limited verbally. But since he is pro-choice & Cruz picked the worst possible week to take his family to Cancun in 2021, all these White women & California transplant idiots are going to vote for him. Cruz absolutely annihilated him in the only debate. I fully expect this race to be way closer than it should be. We are truly living in clown world.

My favorite part of the Cruz-Allred debate:

Allred: I don’t want boys playing in girls sports.
Cruz: But you voted for it in the Bill
Allen: Like I said, I don’t want boys playing in girls sports
Cruz: Again, you voted for it in the Bill

Absolutely not.

That is why I was so surprised to hear he might be in trouble.

They lie. They said Texas would go blue last election. We know better.

Exactly. These organizations and people that pump this false hope should be shot.

This is why there are so many delusional folks on DU, DailyKos, and Reddit. Because they actually take this crap like it's legit and true. This hope keeps them living in their Mom and Dad's basement well into their 30's.

The trolling keeps getting lamer as the day goes on. I knew the left couldn't meme but the trolling is just pitiful.

Beto was a paper tiger. His base was people who move to Austin who are about the most annoying people in the state.

allred is a much more palatable Democrat for people who hate Ted Cruz/Aggie Baptist to vote for. He will have every single Beto voter plus maybe a few anti-ted voter

Ted will win but i wouldn't be surprised if it is closer than beto

Cruz beat Beto by 2.6%. Allred is nowhere near as popular as Beto and hasn't campaigned as hard as he did. Cruz should win by at least 5% IMO.

Disagree. Allred has been backed by Schumer money. His commercials live on TV right now.
