I didn't watch the town hall but CNN has up a video where Erin asks Biden if Hunter should testify (the question should be.... should Biden answer directly to what is on video tape re: Ukraine)

Why did Biden get a special town hall? Because CNN was ordered to do so in a last try effort to revive Biden.

Biden will be the Dem nominee, no matter what. He doesn't need to "govern". All they want is a figurehead. The Wash DC bureaucratic unelected administrative branch will be happy to govern and conduct foreign policy.
