Hey 50, I live up the road and was hoping to check this out too. I haven’t been able to find any ticket info, in fact all I saw was a “free for fans” blurb, which seems very unlike Jerry Jones. Do you have any info on tickets or how to get in?

I and the GF figured this out last night because she was wanting to surprise me with tickets to this. Apparently, you need to show up real early. There are no tickets, but there are packages you can buy (2500 and 5000) that pretty much guarantees you within touching distance of the draft prospects and dinner with some hall of famers.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the chance that Strief retires. Would that eliminate his dead money?

I'm honestly not sure how retirement & dead money works. At the very worst it will cost us 1.1 mil in dead money. That's not very bad at all.

I say CB with whatever else. If PJ Williams is even on the team next year it will be a fricking joke.I also think targeting a receiver is BS.

Well then get ready to laugh. He's not the greatest, but he's worth his salary (906 k). It's also the last year of his contract. If he has a good year...we probably re-sign him. If he has a bad year...we'll obviously just let him walk.

If Lattimore or Crawley gets injured...would you want Sterling Moore, Arthur Maulet, or DeVante Harris replacing them? PJ isn't bad for a backup CB. He tackles very well for a CB, & can play both inside and outside.

That being said, we need to add another legit CB in the off-season (assuming that Delvin Breaux isn't back to his old form).

I'd be surprised if we didn't add another WR. The only way we don't add another WR is if we invest a lot in a legit #1 TE imo. Even then it wouldn't surprise me if we spent a 3rd or 4th round pick on a WR.

Has Payton ever drafted anyone he was rumored to be interested in drafting before? I feel like he blows this kinda smoke every year for tactical reasons. Maybe he wants to start a run on QBs early so more good non-QB players fall towards 27

4 yr starter at LG, i'd assume he would have little trouble transitioning to a RG if say he took over for warford in a year.

you draft the best player. I'll take a probowl guard any day over a semi probable whiff of an edge guy.

As of right now...only Brees, Savage, & Kurt Coleman are listed on overthecap. I wouldn't really expect things to be exact for a few more days until everything has slowed down.
