The plot thickens off the cuff Brent Pry as DC teamed with Riley

So realistically if Riley is the hire we all know that a DC will be a key hire in really solidifying this as an juggernaut.
Lets just say for shits and giggles that B. Pry could be a little frustrated in Happy Valley. I mean we have seen the Penn State D carry them over the last few seasons. The dude is up for the Broyles award this year and has consistently been faithful to James Franklin. Franklin has failed to produce offenses to secure wins.....
Quick look at his defensive stats via:
LINK
-Penn State ranks No. 9 nationally in scoring defense (17.1 points per game) and No. 5 nationally in red zone defense (63.89%).
-the Nittany Lions slide up to No. 3 nationally when it comes to opponents scoring touchdowns in the red zone (30.56%).
Pry could be looking for points. Riley fits the bill. And we get a dude who knows how to stop people from scoring. Parsons and Oweh are going off in their rookie seasons.
Pry has ties to this area with family as both his brothers live here.
MAKE IT HAPPEN SCOTT!!!

Good job podnuh. You may have sniffed out a great dc candidate

Penn States defense has carried Franklins offense this year and last.

He can't be LSU's next DC, because he's gonna be the Cajuns' next HC.

I could get behind that hire.

So you want SW to hire this dc but won’t acknowledge he’s the one who hired Pellini

He didn't hire Pellini. Ed O did. He simply let the trap fall.

I want Iowa State's DC, he was basically the first DC to come up with a consistent D that could counter the spread attacks.

Pry
Pruitt

And for all the Louisiana root weirdos out there, Pry did coach at USL for 4 years so there’s that

You can't make up some bullshite and then say "the plot thickens"
That's not how plot thickening works.

Unless a cherry picked staff is a part of Riley's deal, I feel like Daronte is making a case for keeping his job.

We want Glenn Schumann

I don’t know if this is the guy, but it’s the correct way to think

If we do land Riley, I think everyone on this board would be good with Pry. Especially when you have an Off. minded HC.
If we can’t land Pry and assuming these last 2 weeks are an indication on how well Jones can do without someone constantly in his ear, I’d be fine if he stuck around.
I know it was only 2 games, but those two games were against top 25 teams, one of which is a great passing team in Bama and then a great running team in Arky.
Regardless of who gets the DC spot, he at least deserves a look.

I understand, but someone's opinion is not "plot thickens"
"The plot thickens: it would be neat if Riley hired Brent Pry" is a complete failure of a post.

Hell no it isn't. You stir some corn starch in cold water and then add it to the plot.

I'm all about some thicc plots yea. Stir that roux yea!
