The way the vaccine bypasses your immune system, and produces the spike protein in isolation probably makes it more dangerous than COVID. Multiple injections also makes it worse, by priming and then triggering a hyperactive response. Your immune system goes into a destructive hyperdrive.

Dr. Daszak’s organization funded coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. If the SARS2 virus had indeed escaped from research he funded, Dr. Daszak would be potentially culpable. This acute conflict of interest was not declared to the Lancet’s readers. To the contrary, the letter concluded, “We declare no competing interests.”

Unfortunately, we don't get real data on adverse affects. So, we don't know.
You'll see a lot of vaccine proponents use the manipulated data to point out that COVID causes more myocarditis than the vaccine. I guess it's a question of whether you trust the data.
